What we collect
in-phase collects your email address, name, and cycle data (last period date, cycle length, period length, confirmed period dates). This data is stored securely in our database and used solely to provide the app's core functionality.
How we use it
Your cycle data is shared with people you explicitly connect with inside the app. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics. We do not share your data with any third party except Supabase (our infrastructure provider) and Resend (email delivery).
Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
